Enabling the Notification
To enable new lead notifications, go to Marketing > Lead Management > Settings, toggle Enable lead notifications on, and click Save changes.
What Does the Notification Look Like?
When a new lead submits your Lead Management form, a red notification badge will show next to the Marketing button in your Phorest menu and on the Lead Management button in the Marketing screen.
After clicking into Lead Management, new leads will appear highlighted in bold with a blue dot beside the New Lead status
The lead will automatically be marked as seen, and the notification will disappear as soon as you click the new lead.
