What is SalonCentric?
SalonCentric is the premier distributor of salon professional products in the US.
The integration with Phorest enables you to create orders directly in Phorest and send them to SalonCentric, which simplifies the ordering process and ensures a more efficient and reliable supply chain for your salon's needs.
Connecting Phorest to SalonCentric
Go to Manager > Integrations > SalonCentric.
Next, select Enable Integration, and you will be taken to a page where you will be prompted to log in to your SalonCentric account.
Once you log in, a message will appear confirming successful authentication. You can then close the page, return to Phorest, and click Manage Integration to continue the setup.
Finally, select your SalonCentric Account Number, then assign your Supplier and click Save to finish the setup.
Sending an Order From Phorest to SalonCentric
After creating your order in Phorest, click the order from the Inventory Orders screen.
The Supplier listed in the order must match the Supplier selected during the integration setup (on the Manage Integration screen).
Select Order Actions > Send Order to SalonCentric.
The order will be processed, and a confirmation will appear on-screen with a link to access the SalonCentric portal for reviewing and approving the order.
FAQs
I'm getting an error to say products were either not in inventory or did not match.
This error means that an item(s) is either out of stock or the item(s) does not match SalonCentric's master inventory list.
If the item is out of stock, remove it from the order to continue.
If the item does not match SalonCentric's master inventory list, double-check the product barcode in Phorest and make sure it matches the barcode on the SalonCentric website.
