The Aveda Salon Appointment Booking Platform helps salons easily manage bookings by connecting to Phorest. It allows clients to book appointments directly from Aveda.com, and these bookings are automatically added to your Phorest calendar.
This integration keeps your services, prices, and stylist availability up to date without any extra work. Once set up, you’ll receive new bookings straight into Phorest, saving time and helping you attract new clients.
Setting Up the Integration: Connecting Phorest to the Aveda Salon Appointment Booking Platform
1. Sign Up for Aveda Salon Appointment Booking
Start by signing up for the platform here. If you already have an account, you can log in here.
2. Connect Phorest to Aveda
After you sign up, the Flossie team will link your Phorest account to Aveda. Your services, prices, and stylist details will be pulled into the Aveda system. This means clients can easily see what you offer and book appointments online.
3. Choose What to Show Online
You can decide which services and stylists are available for booking through the Aveda platform. Any updates you make in Phorest (like price changes or staff availability) will be automatically updated in the Aveda system.
4. Start Taking Bookings
Once everything is synced, clients can book through Aveda, and those bookings will show up in your Phorest calendar. Clients will get booking confirmations and reminders from both Aveda and Phorest (if you have them set up in Phorest).

What should I do if the integration isn’t working?
If your bookings aren’t showing up in Phorest or services aren’t syncing, first check your settings in the Flossie Salon Admin. If you still need help, contact Flossie support at help@flossie.com.
How do clients pay for their appointments?
Clients pay after their appointment at the salon. Aveda does not require deposits, but you can contact the client if you want to ask for one. Just follow your usual payment process.
What details are added to Phorest when a client books through Aveda?
When clients book through Aveda, their appointment, stylist choice, and any notes (like hair type or preferences) will show in your Phorest calendar. You’ll also see a note saying the booking came from Aveda + Flossie.
Can clients cancel or reschedule their appointments?
Yes, clients can cancel or reschedule through the Aveda platform. You can also manage changes in Phorest as you normally would.
Do I need to update my prices or services in both systems?
No, any updates you make in Phorest will automatically show in the Aveda system, so you only need to manage them in one place.
