This article will show you how to enable the Require iPad PIN feature, which will result in staff members having to enter their Pin code when using Phorest Go on an iPad.
Apple iPads Only
This feature is for iPads only, and will not work on any other tablet or smartphone devices.
Go to Manager > Access & Licence Keys > Access PINs, then change the Require iPad PIN setting to Yes, and click Save to finish.
Now, when a staff member tries to access Phorest Go on an iPad, they will be prompted to enter their Pin code. Their access permissions will then be determined by the Access Level that is set on their staff profile.
