This article will show you how to enable the Require iPad PIN feature, which will result in staff members having to enter their PIN code when using Phorest Go on an iPad.
Go to Manager > Access & License Keys > Access PINs, then change the Require iPad PIN setting to Yes, and click Save to finish.
Next, sign in to PhorestGo 2.0 on your tablet.
You can use your own staff login if you like, but we recommend creating a staff member called iPad (or something similar), giving it full access to PhorestGo 2.0, and setting the login details you wish to use for the app in the Email and Password fields.
Each individual's actual access will then be determined by their PIN code.

If you need to 'log out' of your profile when you're done using the iPad, single-press the power button on your iPad to lock the screen. Then, the next time someone unlocks the screen, they will be prompted to enter their own PIN code.
