This guide shows you how to integrate Phorest with SalonScale, enabling you to sync appointments, sessions, and product usage seamlessly between the two platforms.

Connecting SalonScale with Phorest
First, log in to your SalonScale account.
Next, go to Settings > Integrations and select Connect under the Phorest option.
Next, select Request access. This will automatically send an email to Phorest on your behalf, requesting your Phorest Business ID.
Your Phorest Business ID is not the same as your Phorest Account Number.
Once you have your Business ID, enter it, select Find Salon, and then select Connect.
Next, select Manage.
Then, match your Phorest staff members with your SalonScale team members, and select Sync Team Members.
The connection is now complete.
How Does it Work?
Once connected, you'll see a + Phorest Appointments option in your SalonScale app.
Here, you'll find a list of your appointments in Phorest. You can choose an appointment and then proceed with your SalonScale session as you normally do.
After finishing a session, you'll be asked to Complete Session and Send to Phorest. The session details, including formula notes and the service cost, will be saved in the client's profile in Phorest.
