How does a client book an appointment on Salon Branded App?

This article will show you how to book an appointment on your Salon Branded App.

Below is how your Salon Branded App will appear to your customers. The home screen will show all the salon details and the client's previous booking history. To make a booking, tap on the Make a Booking button.


All the service categories will appear.


Tap on the service category you want to select. A list of the services will appear. Choose the Service. Tap the Book now button.


It is not currently possible for clients to make a group booking on the Salon Branded App. However, we are aiming to include this functionality in the future.

A list of staff will appear with prices. Choose the Staff member.


The calendar will appear. The customer will choose a time and date.


After the time and date are chosen, you can review the booking and insert card details. Enter credit/debit card details. Tap on Complete Booking.


Your appointment has been booked.
