How do I exclude a staff member from a Special Offer?

This article shows how you can stop certain Staff Members from being booked for specific Special Offers.

There are various reasons you might want to exclude certain staff members from special offers. For example, you may want to free up a manager from being included in special offers or create an offer specifically for a junior team member by excluding others to help build their profile.

To make these changes, go to Manager > Special Offers and open the offer you wish to edit.

Use the Exclude Staff dropdown to select the individuals you want to exclude. Click Save Changes to apply the updates.

If you accidentally add a staff member to the excluded list, click the dropdown and clear the checkbox to remove the name from the list.

If an attempt to book a staff member on the excluded list for the Special Offer, a warning message will pop up on the Appointments screen.

Excluded staff will also not be available for booking online for this special offer.
