How can my client rebook/reschedule an appointment on our Salon Branded App?

This article will show you how to cancel or reschedule an appointment on the salon branded app.

Open the Salon Branded App. At the bottom of the screen, select Appointments. The appointment history will appear.

To rebook, select Rebook on the appointment you want to book again.

The appointment calendar will appear for you to choose your new time and date.

Once a new time is chosen, it will ask you to confirm your details and select Complete Booking.

Your booking has now been confirmed.

To reschedule an appointment, select Reschedule.

The appointment calendar will appear. Choose the new time and date you want.

Note: Be aware that if you try to reschedule within less time of the salon's cancellation policy period, you will not be able to move the appointment.

Your booking will be confirmed.
