Can I charge a client for their appointment if they don't show up? (Europe & Australia)

Currently, with Online Deposits through PhorestPay, if someone no-shows their appointment there is no option to charge the remaining appointment amount. We are in the process of rebuilding no-show protection and it will be available soon.

In the interim, we recommend you take a larger deposit upfront to mitigate potential no-shows including charging a higher amount for new clients and clients who have a history of missing their appointments.
