How do I add Phorest as an admin to my Facebook & Google Business pages?

This guide will show you how to add as an Admin to your Facebook & Google business pages.

If you would like Phorest to add the online booking widget link to your Facebook and Google business pages then you will need to add as an Admin user on those business pages. 

Here is a step by step guide on how to add a user to each site. 


You will need to be an admin on the Facebook business page to add admin users to that page. 

  1. Sign in to Facebook
  2. Go to your Facebook business page.
  3. Click Settings at the top of the page.
  4. Click Page Roles.
  5. Under the Assign New Page Role section enter Phorest Implementation or
  6. Click on Editor and select Admin.
  7. Click Add.

Phorest will then be sent an invite to the page. 


You will need to be an admin on the Google business account to add users to that account. 

  1. Sign in to Google My Business.
  2. If you have multiple locations, open the location you’d like to manage.
  3. Click Users on the left-hand side of the window.
  4. In the top right corner, click the “Invite new managers” icon How to Safely Add an Agency to Your Google My Business Listing 3.
  5. Enter the email address to add Phorest.
  6. Select the role Manager.
  7. Click Invite.

Phorest will then be sent an invite to the account.
