How can I access the Phorest Onboarding Portal?

In this article, you’ll learn how to open your Phorest Onboarding Portal for the first time and how to access it again later on.

How do I access the Onboarding Portal for the first time?

Your Phorest Onboarding Portal helps you keep an overview of every step on your way to going live with Phorest. The first time you open it, you start from Phorest 10 or from the Phorest website, then confirm your email address.

  1. Open Phorest 10 on your computer – alternatively, open phorest.com in your browser and click Login at the top; or go straight to my.phorest.com.
  2. On the Phorest login screen, look for the green banner at the top and click it.

    If you don’t see this banner, open your browser and go directly to golive.phorest.com, then continue with step 5 below.
  3. A pop-up appears with the title Your Phorest Onboarding Hub. It explains that the hub will open in a new window and that you might be asked for your email the first time. Click Open my Onboarding Hub.

  4. A new browser tab opens and loads golive.phorest.com with the message “Welcome. Log in to Phorest's portal”.
  5. Enter the email address you use with Phorest (the email that was shared with the Phorest team during signup), then click Email me a sign in link.

  6. A confirmation page appears. Here you can see once again which email address the sign-in link was sent to. This helps you quickly check that the email is going to the right inbox.

  7. Open your email inbox, look for the email from Phorest (notifications@golive.phorest.com), and click the blue button Take me to my account.

    The sign-in link is valid only once. If the link has already been used or expires, you can request a new one at any time by repeating the email login steps.

  8. After clicking the button, you are logged in and your Phorest Onboarding Portal opens. From here you can follow your setup tasks and next steps.

Tip: Save the portal page to your bookmarks for easy access in the future.


How do I access the Onboarding Portal after my first login?

After you’ve followed the first-time steps, you can usually get back to your Onboarding Portal in just a few clicks from the same device and browser. If you’ve added the page to your bookmarks, you can also open it directly from there.

  1. Open Phorest 10 again – alternatively, open phorest.com and click Login, go to my.phorest.com, or open golive.phorest.com directly in your browser.
  2. On the Phorest login screen, click the green banner at the top, just like before.

  3. In the pop-up, click Open my Onboarding Hub.

  4. The page golive.phorest.com opens. In most cases, you are logged in automatically and your Onboarding Portal appears straight away.

    If you are not logged in automatically, follow the steps from the first section starting at step 5 to request a new sign-in link by email.

If you open the Onboarding Portal on a different device or in a different browser than before, it is completely normal that you are asked to sign in again with your email.


What happens if my browser clears cookies or I use a new device?

Some browsers or security tools automatically clear cookies after a certain time. Cookies are small, temporary files that help a website remember that you’re logged in. If they are removed, the automatic login to your Onboarding Portal may no longer work.

If this happens, you can simply repeat the email login steps:

  1. Open golive.phorest.com in your browser or follow the steps via Phorest 10 and the green banner.
  2. Enter your email address again and click Email me a sign in link.
  3. Open the new email from Phorest and click Take me to my account to access your Onboarding Portal.

For your security, the sign-in link works only once and only for your account. This supports data privacy and helps you keep control of who can access the portal.
